PLACING ORDER

  2. After order confirmation, you will receive a copy of the invoice at your given WhatsApp information. 

  3. Most of the COD orders are go for cancellation.

  4. Highly recommended Bank Transfer Payment (Advance on Ordering) to confirm yours order and fast processing.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Rs. 250 delivery charges for countrywide delivery.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  1. Customers may cancel their order before shipping it.

  2. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Perfume Kitchen has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item being out of stock, pricing errors, or the payment declined by the issuing financial institution.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

  1. Perfume Kitchen aims to provide a seamless online buying experience to customers.

  2. Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 working days in major cities.

  3. Orders in the countryside may take shipping within 5-7 working days or longer.

  4. During the sale period, order processing and delivery may take longer as usual.

  5. Orders on weekends will be processed from Monday onwards.

  6. After order delivery, you will receive the delivery slip on your given whatsapp.

Delivery Time (Lahore): 36-48 hours

Delivery Time (Other Cities): 3-5 Working Days

Delivery Time (Countryside): 5-7 working days or may take longer

 

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

You can contact our customer service center by reaching on whatsapp at +92 (310) 4969269 along with your order number, invoice and product photo and the reason for exchange/return for our customer care representative to schedule the right one for you.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. We accept exchange requests on the spot of receiving your order from our delivery partner. (Make sure you checked your order(product) at receiving time).

  2. If a customer receives a damaged, leaked, or wrong product, the Perfume Kitchen is responsible for the exchange. (Customer must send it via our delivery agent).

  3. No order is refundable, and can only be exchanged.

  4. For products on Sale we do not offer exchanges unless you receive the wrong product.

  5. Exchange requests are processed within 4-7 working days.

  6. Delivery charges are not refundable for your exchange order.

  7. Tester Box (Sample Box) is not refundable as it is solely for the purpose of testing fragrances.
